Pros

My experience with my bosses has been good. Very diverse group of people.

Cons

They don't pay very well. Starting pay is fairly good but they don't pay employees that have been there a while very good which is why they have trouble keeping employees. Point system doesn't work. We lose a lot of good employees because of points. Insurance is not very good.

I learned many essential skills, developed amazing connections with employee. Management encouraged me to go forward on projects and interests.

Cons

The Company is in process in eliminating waste from old technology and CEO's that ignored the employees needs.

Pros

OKC is a great city. I like the location. There is a lot to do there.

Cons

I was promised that I would go direct after 90 days of contract work. ATC also promised training on transmissions, but youtube videos is not training! So now I am supposed to work on major pieces of equipment without proper training? I did not make any real money while working there; it was a waste of my time and career.
