Pros
Schedule can be flexible. Seems to be a good place for direct labor. On site security for peace of mind in parking lot.
Cons
Absolutely horrible environment for any professional. Inconsistent and rapidly changing management that is both dishonest and largely unqualified. Most middle level management has no educational background and upper level management offices have revolving doors. Company consistently lays off talent and replaces them with lower paid people of lower qualification. Many bills go unpaid-including health insurance claims. Company is quietly having bankruptcy discussions. Unethical accounting practices.
