Pros

Overall compensation package, work life balance, “flex for your day” policy to allow employees to work from where they can be most effective, and focus on employee development. Overall very happy with my experience at ATC and would recommend to others.

Cons

Risk adverse and the need for perfection slows things down. The new CEO seems to have picked up on this quickly and is focused on improving the organization in this space. Lack of overall office presence starting to impact culture.
