Pros

American Transmission Company (ATC) overall is a quality employer. The work content was very interesting and challenging. There is plenty of responsibility that comes along with your performance. In addition, they have excellent benefits.

Cons

They tend not to be early adopters of new technology. Their training program is suspect and totally broke down during the COVID-19 work from home timeframe. Some learning styles may not perform well in this environment.
