      Pros

      Coworkers, benefits, flexibility for the most part.

      Cons

      After working at ATC for over 12 years I’m not sure I can do it anymore. There is no care about the level of work that is coming and how understaffed we are. My team won’t keep working like this and I don’t blame them. Upper management seems overly focused on their careers. Can’t remember when my upper chain actually talked with me or my team. ATC had upper management like that a long time ago. Now we have figureheads who don’t care.

      Pros

      easy working environment, low pressure, can hardly loose a job.

      Cons

      hard workers do not get appreciated, if you are good at 'socialization', you can become a manager pretty fast. Most people have no goals or aspirations about the work. People spend more time talking/chatting than doing work. Minimum development opportunities.

      Pros

      - Flexibility is great. - Majority of people get along well, and share similar goals. - Retirement is pretty good.

      Cons

      - They do not pay for high performing individuals, you are treated as a statistic. - Management has no idea what is actually happening out in the field. - 50+ hours - Can't trust the people above you. They are not your friends. - Can utilize my PTO because of the workload.
