Pros

Non managers are really awesome, helpful and family/team culture. Some solutions are really well developed and supported but most not so.

Cons

The company preach cloud but don’t investment in the pre-sales and post-sales skills to support these solutions. If you are customer facing you will often not be supported when running into obstacles. SE is only interested in recouping there investment and now has turned in the a pure revenue and booking driven culture. Mgmt have started forcing sales to bully and threaten customers to close deals.

You can work fully remotely.

Cons

People needs to constantly working till midnight and 15hrs during weekend. Thanks to leadership team always make unrealistic timeline and expectations.

work life balance (bc they know they under pay you) PTO Chill place good place to be in before retirement

Cons

low salary tech dept legacy codebase low quality product (not sure how they still able to make sales. Buggy as hell)
