      Pros

      Work with some interesting an talented colleagues on interesting products. Good atmosphere, plenty of training available.

      Cons

      Don't seem to value employees as much as they used to, particularly the development staff. Career opportunies for thoses who want to stay technical are limited.

      Good office, computers, furniture, office location.

      Cons

      The company looks very respectable and successful, but in real only archaic products and airy promises. Management’s methods are ugly. Head of office is haughty dolt. Aggressive marketing, solicitation and unfair advertising are normal for AVEVA. Strongly NOT recommend AVEVA for employees.
