A handful of managers that actually care and set employees up for success.

Cons

D&I is a joke. There is so little diversity it is embarrassing. Those in underrepresented groups are not promoted and given little or no encouragement or support.

- Lack of character, integrity and knowledge on the sales team. - Lack of quality and development on software tools. - Sales mentality: "Do whatever it takes to get the sale." - Sales people over promises and hypes up the customer. Aveva technical team then deals with customer complaints, frustrations etc.

How changes result in disengagement

Pros

This is a truly global company, interaction with colleagues from all over the world is great. Benefits are plainly the same as the market average. People are really capable and knowledgeable.

Cons

All of the changes and uncertainties given after the Schneider Software merger has resulted in disengagement from a lot of team members. Mid-leadership does not know what will happen in the near future with the company and it's strategy. Everything tends to halt until "Cambridge" decides.
