      Thank you for taking the time to provide your perspective of your time with us. You have raised a lot of concerns, and while we don't know your specific experience, we do want to comment on what we can. First, we do offer sick time via a combined sick/vacation PTO bank. Second, due to DOL requirements, salary team members are exempt from overtime, but it is standard to include consideration for overtime work when the compensation analysis is done. Not everyone at the company is eligible for a bonus, but that is pretty common in most organizations. But we do offer bonuses for various roles. Lastly, we are striving to get better with our internal communication through more frequent local town halls, our company intranet, organization-wide emails and our most current efforts towards more frequent and impactful interactions between team members and their direct supervisor. We are sorry that your experience wasn't everything it could have been and wish you much success in your future endeavors.

      Thank you for your comments about your experience at AVI-SPL during your brief time with us. We’re glad that you found the application and onboarding experience easy. We are trying to eliminate any barriers or distractions that prevent us welcoming the best talent in the industry. We would disagree that we don’t have an environment that allows promotion/growth. On the contrary, it is one of the things that our employees brag the most about – excellent access to development opportunities to prepare folks for the next stage in their career. While the AV industry is predominantly male historically, we aspire to be on the leading edge of changing that and are currently undergoing a major diversity and inclusion review to determine how best we can move the needle to be a more diverse and inclusive organization. We expect some great things from that exercise. We thank you for your comments and contributions and wish you the best in the future.
