Management was extremely disorganized and didn't seem like they had my interests in mind. My health benefits were given to me 5 months late, phone plan reimbursement was promised but never given after 3 years of work, you basically have to hound them about getting anything that they've said they would give you. Dealing with AV stuff in general is often very stressful when equipment stops working for absolutely no reason or the client asks for different gear right before the show.

Bad upper management, terrible schedules (varying from almost no hours to 16 hour days, completely random and no ability to switch shifts).
