Pros

Pretty easy going with hours.

Cons

Quota? Not here... every month the “goal” is to get 50% and it’s considered a great month. Wake up management. A lot of things about the company don’t pass the smell test. Tell me how 98% of your reps are under quota when one other person is at 400% of quota. Really need to re-evaluate your territory structure. Also the pricing is well above market and almost impossible to make a sale without discounting. The list goes on and on. Do yourself a favor unless you’re fresh out of college and just need something on your resumé to find another job, stay away. Also don’t ever get hurt before your 1 year anniversary because they will can you so they don’t have to pay fmla

Pros

I was so fortunate to join ABILITY's marketing team early on in my career. The support and encouragement I received from everyone (particularly SVP of Marketing, John Porricolo) gave me the drive and confidence to achieve so much while I was there and beyond. John's leadership in the department creates a very collaborative, innovative atmosphere. He truly cares about everyone on his team and works hard to ensure they all have the opportunity to grow professionally both in and outside of the company. I've been able to work with so many great people across many departments over the years. The employees are what make ABILITY such a special place.

Cons

ABILITY has had some growing pains over the years, it's a very fast-paced environment which can be a little overwhelming, but that said it does create an opportunity for anyone willing to step up to really be innovative and make improvements.

Pros

Decent benefits/ compensation package offered

Cons

Horrible workplace environment. No real "team" efforts. People will walk right by you and not even speak.
