Pros

There is a very robust training program and a lot to learn. Additionally, understanding understanding revenue cycle and healthcare is a very valuable skill. Some of the sales trainers and managers are very kind and intelligent.

Cons

1. They will and are very comfortable cheating you out of a commission, especially if the sale is big. 2. Their product is not the best, except for maybe one. Competition is cheaper and better by far. 3. Their structure is that they appoint a colleague as your manager. This creates the huge conflict of interest, as your colleague loses time in helping train you and making sure that you are as effective as you can be. They are not incentivized to help you and therefore can get very snippy. I didn't know that this was the structure and therefore think that I annoyed my manager quite a bit. I am very thankful for him because he taught me a lot and was professional. 4. One of the sales trainers and engineers was very difficult and not professional to deal with. 5. One of my fellow sales reps was a Doppelganger for No Neck Ed from 90 Day Fiance. He was very inappropriate but made great numbers for the company, therefore got away with doing whatever. No Neck Ed had been with the company for several decades, so when I had questions, I was often instructed by management to ask him for help which became very uncomfortable. Upon letting my director know about the sleezy behavior and advances of No Neck Ed, she laughed. In all other aspects my director was very helpful and kind. 6. Ethically speaking, I really don't know what to say about this company. Between No Neck Ed going after me and having a huge commission taken from me, I don't have anything good to say. Final thoughts: Use this place for what it is, learn and burn. Learn all you can and get out for a higher salary and better work life balance.
