Transition chaos with acquiring employer (Inovalon); Executive Leadership Team approval process involved WAY too many people and felt like a battering ram of people putting down your ideas and only concerned about how it would "adversely" affect their team; had other teams' managers refuse to transition tasks that were best suited for their team; was bullied and gaslit by my manager and by an executive leader in another department. Reported this to HR, which neither said nor did anything about this issue.
