Pros
Good benefits (even though they are being cut now). Good flexibility. Working from home and remote work options. Management tries (but sometimes fails) to keep you in the loop
Cons
Low job security due to layoffs. Multiple failed attempts to reorganize the company to improve the ability to deliver projects and products which left employees uncertain about what their actual role is and colleagues uncertain about who to talk to for what. Very slow decision making which leads to slow delivery and very little progress. Company feels like it's at a stand still, nothing is moving forward. Chaotic organization. High emotional and psychological stress. Difficult cooperation with people as everyone is stressed, angry and anxious. Low salary. No pay transparency - they've been talking about improving this but nothing has happened for years now.
