Pros

Working here was grat as long as you have a passion for what you do. The workload is heavy and the pressure is high but with passion, anything is bearable.

Cons

The managers are not professional and not supportive. The workers are all very cliquey and abusive to those that are not in their little group. For the hours that you work and the tasks you carry out, the pay is atrocious. There is also A LOT of office gossip and blurred lines in term of keeping relationships professional.

Massive potential, but ultimately disappointing

Pros

I could never fault the regular staff. Very hard working teams, very friendly and incredibly helpful. The Academia offering to customers at the time was very competitive and compelling. Small office meant that you knew almost everyone and you knew what they did and how they could help you.

Cons

For a small company change was pathetically slow. I echo the sentiments of another review referring to only making money I'm certain teams. I don't remember a sense of urgency to improve glaring gaps or rooms for growth. Very little strategic thinking from "management". Never understood why certain instructions were handed down. Knowing the management as I did it doesn't surprise me that they'd do something as dodgy as writing fake reviews.

Pros

Fast growing and ambitious. Very supportive of career development and willing to provide responsibility quickly to those wanting it.

Cons

Growing fast means that systems are often "catching-up" although commitment seems to be there to change and improve
