Pros

Working with industry leading colleagues who actually care and want to deliver good service. The growth of the commercial and employee Choice team has been a real pleasure to see. Great training, people and you can earn well if you work. What else would you want.

Cons

Long hours, but that is the IT industry. If you want to be successful, hard work has to be a must.

Pros

Great group of people to work with. Felt settled in the working environment after just a few days starting work at Academia. The whole vibe of the company sets it apart from any other IT technology business! The positivity and support I had from my team members and former manager is rarely found in other businesses. A fast-growing company with many accreditations, awards and certifications and partnering with the world’s leading technology manufacturers, the business only expands when those working for them have strong foundations. With super benefits and amazing nights-out, it's a great place to work and socialise!

Cons

Commuting from Central London can be a pain sometimes - roads are busy especially if you take the North Circular road.

Pros

Academia gives people (with the right attitude) the chance to grow and progress. Looking around the company, you will find plenty of examples of internal progression. A good atmosphere and team work ethic makes Academia a happy place to work.

Cons

Like with any company, there are challenges with certain members of staff. We'd all like more money obviously, but who doesn't!
