Colleagues - As a BCBA, working amongst a team of other BCBAs and LABAs was refreshing compared to home settings. -There are many changes coming in the next 1-5 years that some people may be looking forward to. -There exists a strong ethic of teamwork amongst most of the staff

Cons

-There are significant operational issues that continuously plague the worksite -Doors don't work properly -Bathrooms irregularly cleaned and restocked -Inadequate parking -Inadequate training for staff -Unprofessional staff -Lack of a cohesive therapeutic approach to the setting
