Fastest Growing Terminal Operator

Pros

We are rapidly growing which means there are constantly new opportunities to pursue. We are the largest Terminal Operator in Illinois, making us the industry leader and a company people look to for best practices. We have a beautiful new headquarters with a gym, and cantina with a TouchTunes.

Cons

The PTO isn't as competitive as I've had at other companies. We are a bit top heavy in some of our departments. There are a lot of ideas that compete for focus and attention, so it takes a while to get some things done. There are some inconsistencies between departments work flexibility.

Pros

I came to Accel Entertainment from another company where I was not a happy employee. I dreaded going to work and was very burnt out. When I started at AE I could tell this place was going to different. Everyone feels like a big family over here. Positive attitudes and just general happiness are the norm! I really love working here and the people I work with.

Cons

No job is perfect but all my complaints are to minor to list.

Rapidly growing company - very employee and relationship focused. Passionate leadership, and genuinely good people all around.

Cons

Heavily regulated industry -so rules can change quickly - need to be very vigilant.
