Pros

The people are great! Company events happen often to keep morale up, they want us to know each other outside of work and that is refreshing. Growing industry In house gym and yoga room 401k plan is fantastic Provide company car, gas card, and cell phone for sales and service positions. Onboarding process is welcoming and they give a lot of information to ensure new hires understand the industry regardless of their position.

Cons

Benefits are expensive, they do offer different plans (PPO and HMO) but it is costly when you have children and a family. I would like to see more personal time off

Pros

A well organized company

Cons

Not sure how other departments works, but working as a install tech or a lead tech can be difficult. The process of this job requires you to life 200-900lb machines with wheel dollys into bars, gas stations, restaurants, and slot gaming locations, you have to be in good shape with a strong back to work in an environment like this. I threw my back out the first week I was there.

Pros

perks were decent opportunity to make decent money travel go to multiple locations meet new people every day

Cons

treat you like the rug you walk in on and fire you at any call or complaint from a business with no investigation or review i was fired bc a bar owner who didn't like me called and said i accessed machine w o permission and all i did was give her the 10 free credits you are awarded every day for having the service and she called and told them that i was steeling and she never said anything to me or told me she did not want the credits awarded pretty stupid but they ended up loosing the bar and having to sell and the supervisor who fired me was fired not even a mo later so yea i would look for a different company to work for.
