New, young growing team. Lot to do.

Cons

Management needs to figure out how to get their heads together on who they want to hire. Can't ask questions.

Thank you for your review. I am happy to hear you are enjoying our young and growing team and the heavy load of responsibilities. Our finance and accounting teams are undergoing a major transition, so I can understand the difficulty here. As we evolve and relocate our finance and accounting function from California to Massachusetts to help prepare for IPO readiness, we will definitely have a lot of challenges. We will continue to learn what works and what doesn’t and while we have a very thorough and well thought out hiring process, it isn’t always perfect. We do take a lot of time bringing on team members that can not only support our efforts but thrive in a collaborate environment. Our efforts in this area are, and always will be, on-going. I do appreciate your hard work and the hard work of all Access Team members. A true sign of a great company is one where the workers are valued as their greatest asset and one that invest in its team members We do value our team and do invest in them, I am sorry to hear that you feel you are ignored. That isn't my style and I don't support leadership at any level ignoring team members. I want to thank you for your review. As you know we value your time and the information you provided here to allow us to be a better company. You mentioned that we are “untruthful” to clients and you advise us to take a look at our business practices, but that isn't much detail. I have said it in other reviews and I will repeat it here: Any unethical practices including lying to clients is simply unacceptable and will not be tolerated on any level. If you or anyone is aware now or in the future of any unethical business practice taking place, I urge you/them to contact me immediately so that we can address this issue and resolve it before it damages the reputation and the integrity of the company that we are working so hard to build. Bringing this matter to my attention allows us to be better, ensuring that we are always making the right decisions for our clients and our team members, as well as providing our team members the best place to work and an environment for them all to REACH for their very best.
