Thank you very much for investing your time here to post a positive review. I am grateful that you see the opportunities that exist at Access and believe that your efforts to take advantage of those opportunities will definitely be rewarded. It is interesting to note that it can be hard to find A players for our organization and I agree that we need to do a better job sourcing high quality candidates, so that we can get the right team members on the team, and do so quickly. However, I often say that it isn't supposed to be easy, it is supposed to be worth it...and the same is true about finding the right team members...it isn't going to be easy, but it should be worth it! Thank you for acknowledging the effort to continuously improve our team member offerings at Access. We will continue to focus on our team members and we will continue to invest in our team - which is why we invested in positions like a VP of total rewards and compensation and a director of learning and development, plus other items like company paid short term disability this year. Thank you for your review. I am glad that you have found the work at Access to be a good experience builder and that you have found your team friendly. Many people spend more time with their teammates than their family (unfortunately), so it is important that the environment is a good one. I appreciate your thoughts on benefits and salaries. We continuously improve in this area and while it will always be a moving target, we will strive to hit the mark. Thanks, also, for your advice to invest in people at all levels. This is also an area where we will continue to improve and admittedly we haven't done a great job here, but it is in process, including things like improved training and development at all levels.
