I am glad that you had an opportunity to learn valuable clerical and computer skills in areas such as data processing and spread sheets which are tools required to effectively do your job here at Access, but also are skills you can take anywhere that you go in the future. You also expressed concern about a lack of communication and I agree with you that it is very important to communicate to all team members at Access. Thank you for your positively different review, especially the lengthy list of "pros" - all of which I feel are accurate. We will continue to work on creating more value for clients by improving the client experience.
