Thank you for very succinct and to-the-point review. It is great to hear you appreciate the team mentality and spirit here at Access. We work hard to foster that in our culture. I appreciate you requesting more thorough communication. This is an area that requires further investment (always, it seems). We will continue to develop these muscles and work hard with the entire team to ensure that all communication is being cascaded throughout the entire organization – and that the leadership team is communicating more and more. Thanks, also, for bringing up compensation. We are working hard to stay competitive on our total rewards (compensation and benefits) package and recognize there are areas where we are farther behind the market than we would like to be for compensation. This is a continuous effort and we will be making (again) market compensation adjustments very soon in certain markets. I would love to hear more about why exactly you wouldn't recommend working at Access. Please feel free to reach me at ralston@accesscorp.com and please know our conversation would remain confidential. Thanks again for your review, Rob

High Growth Company Evolving Quickly

Pros

Values driven company that makes good decisions based on real data. High transparency on personnel, operations, and financial results. Leadership empowered to make decisions, execute plans and achieve results with highest regard for safety, security, and client confidentiality. Very competitive benefits and long term focus on personal development and performance management.

Cons

Company is growing fast and evolving to meet the new challenges of each different scale. New opportunities require constant attention to and addition of technical as well as leadership skills while still maintaining existing operational pace/quality (it's a stretch!).

I really love this review. Thank you for taking the time to get so specific and detailed in your review. Your detail on the pros is great (transparency, empowering, high regard for safety, client confidentiality, competitive benefits, focus of personal development and performance management) and I agree with all of them, although I know we always need to keep our pencils sharp to stay current on competitive wages and benefits - - and we will do so. I really appreciate your perspective on our ability to grow and pace ahead of our team and team’s bandwidth as we continue to grow the business at such a rapid pace. Investing in our team remains a priority, and this includes both developing existing team members and hiring the right new players on to the team. I know we don’t always get it right, especially since we are growing so, so fast, but let me share that I (very purposefully) strive to to find the right balance between stretched and optimal staffing levels. I don’t ever want to find ourselves over-staffed, as that would mean we might have to let team members go, which would be really lame for all involved, especially those being let go.. So, there is a fine balance here that I am pretty tuned into - - more so than most people might think - - and I will always err on the side of stretched instead of over-staffed. Please do feel free to contact me directly when you feel we are too stretched. If you have been here three years, you likely know me well enough to know that I would welcome the conversation. In regards to providing the opportunity to invest in the business and/or get equity in the business, I am very interested in providing this type of opportunity to as many team members as possible, but there are some significant challenges in doing so as a privately help and private equity-owned company. Regardless, I would love to learn more about your exact thinking here. Our conversation will remain confidential and it could pave the way for you and others to become equity holders (!), so please do reach out to me at ralston@accesscorp.com. Thanks, again, for such a great review – both content and rating. Keep REACHing, Rob

Great Company

Pros

This company has a very relaxed atmosphere, you can freely talk to upper management about any issues that may arise. Your concerns are heard and addressed. They have great benefits and a lot of different incentives for individuals who are always looking to do better.

Cons

Would love to see more opportunities for people to move up in the company.

Thank you for your review and I appreciate your honesty. I am really glad you like the atmosphere, the ability to speak freely and, more importantly, that you feel both heard and that your concerns are addressed in those conversations. I am thrilled, also, to hear that you like our benefits and appreciate the incentives we offer for different individuals who are REACHing for their very best. I am bummed that you don’t see more opportunity for people to move up in the company. We have promoted a lot from within (over 25 people this year), so I hope that we can provide you better visibility to those opportunities. As we continue to grow so rapidly, our growth continually provides opportunity, especially for upward mobility and promotions. Clearly, we need to do a better job letting team members know about those opportunities, so I will start by suggesting that you please check our careers page on our website at www.accesscorp.com. Thanks again for your review and keep REACHing, Rob
