Thank you for your review, although this review is simply not an accurate depiction of how leadership feels about the team and I would be very surprised if anyone at Access today feels that I don't care about them. I am not sure when you worked here, but a lot has changed over the last 2 - 3 years including improved benefits (medical and other) and 401k matching among many other improvements. I have documented these improvements and our efforts to genuinely listen to the improvements our team would like to see in countless other responses to reviews, as well. Additionally, there are other reviews here that specifically highlight the changes and improvements illustrating that we do care about the team. Finally, we do provide financial incentives for solid business performance and I am glad that you appreciated it while you were here. Growth does provide opportunity and there is a lot of both here at Access! Thank you again for your review, Rob

Thank you for your review. I am glad that you have found the environment friendly making it an "easy" place to work, despite the occasional heavy work load leading to getting "burnt out". Please do what you can to maintain a healthy balance to prevent burn out and speak to your manager if you feel like you are getting overloaded.
