Pros
I used to think bagels on Friday was a pro, but even that was cut down so there are no leftovers to carry over during the week to eat since we had literally no time to get lunch due to short staff.
Cons
1. HQ talks about work life balance. that may hold true for the other side of the pond, but here in NY there is no balance, NONE. the company is extremely thin, quality productivity is down since no one is in the office, and they refuse to require people to come back to the office. 2. Except the work of maybe three or four quality, caring long-term employees, the quality of development and support staff is .... let me put this nicely.....horrendous. 3. The poor executive Management and product management in NY hides the shortcomings of the product due to poor programming and short-staffing from the upper management in the UK. 4. One unnoticed or unattended slip can literally bring the company down as millions of dollars will be affected. Considering AW? Stay away.
