Pros

It is a bad job

Cons

Read all the reviews this place has, all the bad reviews are 100% accurate. In just the past couple of months, management has let some people work from home because they put in their notice then I saw them offer someone a raise and then take it back the following week. The place is just a toxic work environment. Clients are leaving, employees are leaving. and event management doesn't wonder why. They know exactly why everyone hates this place. All the signs are there that they are selling the place. Of course, all the employees are kept in the dark like we don't notice all these high-level meetings going on.

Pros

It pays. That’s about it

Cons

Everyone is miserable working here. You do not feel appreciated, and you get a tiny raise every year, less than 4%.Toxic work environment. Clients are leaving, employees are leaving. The ones staying are either waiting to retire or too incompetent to find other jobs

Pros

Free bagels on Friday for those in the office. It's a paying job.

Cons

My notes are a collection of experiences, observances, and feedback received from others. Very little to no training. Constant feeling of being set up for failure instead of set up for success - in most departments. Favoritism all over, in so many ways - all the employees see and feel it. Many of the employees believe management does not care about their employees, because nothing ever changes for the good of the employee....until you give notice, which at that point, then they will show they "appreciate" you, but it's not because you deserve it, but because they can't afford to lose you. Excessive negativity. Extreme low morale. The software has constant major issues, therefore those at the front of the line constantly feel the brunt of the customers. They overload and overburden you with very little assistance from direct managers. Very little praise and positives passed around. Some managers are known to give you their secretarial work and other managerial duties that THEY should be handling. Working fully remote is on a per employee selected basis. If you are required to go to the office, do not expect cleanliness. The cubicle walls look like they are full of dust, dirty and dingy. The desks are unsafe where many have boxes, books or magazines are holding them up, and are missing drawers or have drawers/doors that do not close. Many chairs are broken - missing pieces or torn up. The appearance is truly outdated and not positive to the eye. Do NOT be fooled by some of the reviews in here. There is no way things are THAT good.
