Financially shaky. Hired and fired based on the order book. When a large customer left they fired people at will. When they got a new order they hired. Only that hiring took months. So people were overworked and left, and it got even worse. Support was the place to be. Good management. Professional Services was the worst. It was going down the drain fast. Development somewhere in between. Paid about 25% under market. Benefits went from bad to worse in 2015. You can get better through Obamacare. No 401(k) match for new hires. No training opportunities. Sweat shop mentality. Lot of talk about their "values". Truth is the only thing that mattered was EBITDA. They would do anything to cut cost, including cutting the benefits to the bone.

They hire low experience people so this is great if you don't have experience. other than that - Break room!!! great fruit and drinks. and coffee!

Cons

technology is from 1993. really. 1993. the developers are nice people but with no experience so the software looks like a monster that every change takes 2 weeks.

Great Culture. Free food. Unlimited PTO (USE IT). Now they don't have to pay you for vacation time when you leave.

Cons

Too many managers. I was in sales. We had AE, Senior AE, Area Manager, Regional Manager, VP of Sales, and COO was his boss. This equals 4-5 leadership positions. There were only 3 AE's . More leaders than sellers. Deals take WAY too long for the base salary. Expect 12-15 months before you get your first comish check.
