As a Head Start program, we strive to work within the budget to provide employees with the training, tools, resources, and benefits they need to be successful in work and in life. We regret that you had a negative experience with us. If you've met the CEO, you would know that the mission, closing the achievement gap and building a better future for children and families, is at the heart of everything he, and the company does. There has been growth in the Milwaukee and Racine area, if that's what you're referring to by dollar signs. We strive to grow and expand our reach so that we can serve more children and families.
