Not the best pay for everything you need to deal with.

As a company that runs Head Start programs, we are limited to the federal dollars we receive to operate. There is no doubt that a lot goes into managing our centers of excellence and having a relentless focus on closing the achievement gap and producing positive outcomes for the children and families we serve.
