      Pros

      company events, pleasant co-workers, and they’re involved with apartment association events.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, lack of training department, nepotism/cliques, toxic culture, only focused on collecting high rental rates despite market conditions, looks for someone to blame when their business model fails.

      Pros

      Ackermann group was always very supportive to staff and community needs. It truly felt like a family.

      Cons

      Only downside is no commissions and not being able to manage projects from the start (if you’re a control freak like me 🤭)
