      Best boss, pay horrendous, house becomes Acosta storage unit, workload unachievable, & mileage program theft

      My boss was the best thing ever! They need to clone her.

      Cons

      I would have stayed even with the low pay had it not been for Acosta using my house as a storage unit (one day I had 20 or 30 boxes delivered!), the increasing demands that were unachievable in doing a decent job, and Acosta ultimately not paying for the use of my car. Their mileage program is a scam. It starts off well to keep you hooked and then they up increasing your route mileage which ultimately downgrades the amount they pay for the use of your car. It ends up like they pay you just enough to pay for gas & insurance, but there's no money left for a new car or even a used car or even money left for repairs/maintenance on your car.

      Flexible hours, good pay for the work

      Cons

      Calls are generated and completed using a tablet. Whomever creates the calls at Acosta home office would make many careless mistakes that would affect the ability of the TM to answer properly.

      Compensation Stinks! No raises again this year. This years reason - The compny had to pay out more in medical expenses due to people across the country with cancer. They buy more companies or make the sales numbers so outragious they are unattainable. (Corp. aslo doesn't give sales what their numbers to hit are until the end of the year.) How do they expect to keep employees?
