Dear Sir/Ma'am, We are disappointed to see you did not have a good experience during your time working at Acquire. We offer a lot of extracurricular activities for our team in order to cultivate the synergy of our culture. We encourage our employees to participate in the activities while also maintaining a good work-life balance. We will utilize the feedback to better promote this on a regular basis. We did want to address the above comment regarding how employees are paid. All employees are guaranteed either an hourly or salary pay with additional bonuses and commissions. Dear Sir/Ma'am, Although you had positivve interactions with our team, we were disappointed that you did not have an overall positive experience working at Acquire. We apologize if the pay structure was not made clear during the multiple interviews, new employee training, and digital documents. All employees are given a base pay well above the minimum wage, however, the bonuses and commissions are uncapped so that an employee is not limited on what they can earn. Although many employees feel the training program gives them the tools to succeed, we encourage employees to seek additional training if needed.
