The work culture here is toxic and unfair. Hard work doesn’t get noticed or rewarded, while favoritism and manipulation seem to decide who gets ahead. This has made it a very frustrating and unmotivating place to work. One person often lies, blames others for mistakes, and creates problems/lies to others to benefit themselves. This behavior hurts the team and creates a lot of mistrust. There’s also a big problem with pay. Some people are paid much more than others, even though they don’t seem to work harder or contribute more. This makes it feel like the company doesn’t value the effort of most employees. Unless these issues are fixed, the culture here will continue to be negative. The company needs to be fairer and more transparent about how it rewards employees and holds people accountable. Without these changes, it will be hard to keep good employees.
