Pros
Working at Acquisition.com is unlike any other experience I've had in my career - here's why: - The Acquisition.com mission is incredibly strong and this alone makes all of the work (as well as everything related to my role) highly valuable. - Here is an example... I work as a video editor and before Acquisition.com, my job has always consisted of getting work in as quickly as possible in high-stress environments in order to move on to the next job (it's just the nature of the beast!) With Acquisition.com, it's the opposite. The work I do contributes directly to the company's mission, one that I strongly align with. So none of the work I do is 'just work.' Every day I am encouraged and motivated to learn something new to strengthen my skills while bringing more value to the table. This is something I have never experienced before. - On top of that, the founders have fostered a culture of kindness and remarkable character. I love all of the people I get the opportunity to work with every day. It's apparent that this is a top value within the company and it shows. Everyone thoroughly enjoys what they do. I could easily go on (and perhaps I will at a later date) - but these are the top two qualities I am constantly raving to people about!
