      A Recruiter's Perspective (2 Months In)

      Pros

      The culture and people here are outstanding! I have used the phrase "the grass is greener than I expected" several times. The team has people who are both experts at what they do and have high character. The 3 core values are evident in what we do here. My final thought is that we are focused on making a positive impact in the world and it's clear that's the goal in the big/small decisions we make.

      Cons

      I do not have any. We are about 1 year old at this time. There are still areas being built out. I expected that. That said, this isn't the leadership team's first rodeo. We are aware of what to do next, which makes building/executing easier.
