Thanks for being a part of the team in Heredia! Great teamwork and flexibility are core to how we operate, so we're happy those have been consistent for you. On the commute, we know getting to the Heredia office can be challenging, and that's part of why we maintain flexibility around when and how often people come in. We're continuing to refine our hybrid approach to make it work for everyone. On internal communication infrastructure, we're building better pathways to raise concerns and get them to the right people quickly. The goal is making it seamless to surface issues and get resolution, not navigate unclear channels. On career progression, we're investing in clearer frameworks and more visibility into advancement paths. If you're looking for specific growth opportunities, your manager is a great person to have that conversation with! The Performance and Development team is also building out more pathways for people to grow internally, including through our very well-received leadership development programs.
