Pros
The company "gets it". We (non-management employees) very clearly know our strategy and goals, and management is very transparent. I haven't experienced any shady behavior or things happening behind closed doors. Feeling respected and in the loop is a huge component of enjoying where you work, and I really do feel like I'm treated well. The culture is extremely relaxed, yet focused. No dress code or bureaucracy of any kind, and no one will breathe down your neck. This is possible by hiring responsible employees that can be trusted to do their job without massive oversight. The hours are phenomenal, 8-4:30, and I genuinely enjoy being at work.
Cons
Not many. I'm hoping as we continue our current growth we don't lose our culture or spoil the things that make us great.
