The people I work with are intelligent, diverse, creative, compassionate, friendly, and driven. They are happy to lend a hand and leave ego at the door. There really is no political drama that I've been able to find. Product is very strong and updates are frequent. Management is really understanding of work/life balance, appointments, etc. If you need to work from home so you can go to the doctor, that's ok. Career opportunities and overall company growth is huge! Company is fully self-funded and profitable! Great office and free catered lunch every day! Motorized standing desks with memory settings! Fully paid health insurance (good plan too) 401k with matching! Open PTO policy (with manager approval)! Results-oriented focus!

Cons

None! PTO policy was previously limited but they have since opened it up. Zero complaints.

Pros

Amazing company that truly cares about their employees. Jason the owner/CEO eats lunch with the company and listens to feedback. Great hours (8am-430pm), catered lunch every day, no dress code, they pay for your insurance fully. The culture at ActiveCampaign is also amazing and the people are considerate and inviting.

Cons

Only 10 days off PTO which is less than half as many days as I used to get at another company. It can feel extremely stressful when trying to plan trips and time off.

ActiveCampaign is a rapidly growing company with an attractive feature set that distinguishes it from many competitors in its space. The company is diverse as far as tech goes (although more is always better!). Management does a great job of hiring good culture fits.

Cons

Very little feedback from up above, reviews are infrequent, flat culture means there are few opportunities for advancement, although that may change as the company grows.
