Pros

ActiveCampaign has made its employees a priority and it emanates from every decision that is made. It's shown through perks like free meals, fresh fruit, snacks, espresso machines, and by our fantastic benefits including unlimited PTO, paid medial premiums, incredible work/life balance, and finally our amazing office. But ActiveCampaign takes it one step further. Every person here, from the CEO to a new employee that started Monday, is incredibly kind. The perks aren't the reason I feel valued (but they certainly help), it's the fact that respect, open-mindedness, and genuine care for coworkers is a priority across the entire organization.

Cons

We're growing very fast and some processes are still being developed. It's not exactly a con, but it is something that could still be improved as the company expands.

Pros

Management values a wide range of education, work and life experiences. Development team looks like Chicago—north to south. Excellent compensation. This company honors its workers. No burnout. No pretenses.

Cons

It's too good to be true! The company has grown quickly but there is a lot of openness about how to do our work. That can be strange for people who expect structures and rules. Many people are still learning their roles.
