Insurance is available and 401k but don't count on a match.

Cons

Terrible training. Working with folks that have terrible attitudes and are very unprofessional. No SOPs everything is fly by the seat of your pants. The motto is be ready when they are anything but. Vendors not being paid, and services being shut off does not give warm fuzzy feelings.

The work was easy, when there was work. Two weeks vacation, could work from home if needed.

Cons

Small company, lie about everything. Owners are all over you, always there. They lost a lot of big contracts because they are so incompetent. Looking at their website you would think this is some great company, but its all lies. Look at where it say executive board and it says Rocco Barbari, that is the owners uncle, a sham again. Says they have offices all over the world, that again is a lie, those are addresses of some of their customers that they just use. Everything here is just lie after lie after lie, they put up this huge smoke screen to hide it all.
