-Overworked and underpaid by more than 20% of the national average for the same position. -Although the NOC managers are great, they are not allowed to fully manage thier teams. HR and the CFO have the final say, even if they are wrong. Which is most of the time. -Take on clients we are not staffed for. -Take on clients with promises we can not keep. -With the new clients we do get, it's always a wing-it type situation as there is minimum training as the ones who took on the clients are ill-advised as well in the processes needed to manage the client's network(s). -401K is on the verge of being an illegal practice. -Upper management and the CFO etc are the ones who get the raises. NOT the ones who actually make the company function on a daily basis. My last raise was over 3 years ago. And they do not even do an annual cost of living increases. -Instead of backfilling a position they will just impose the workload on people the people that are already overwhelmed with what is currently on their plate. -Against people working remote, even though my job is remote even in the office. But they will make exceptions if they know and like you. Furthermore, there are no policies in place about being able to work remote. They make up the policy as they go, but not in writing. -They employ people that can't perform their tasks even after years of being at the company, so others have to pick up the slack. -They make promises they can't keep. Or make an excuse not to honor them. -HR listens to the complainers/whinners instead of listening to management or the employees that are actually good at their job. I could keep going but the list is endless. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY. You will be better off.

Deceptive if not illegal recruiting practices. Calculation of overtime may be illegal. Department of labor needs to audit them. Middle management has only negative power to hurt you only and extract every drop of blood & sweat out of you and then nickel and dime you for pay, tools, supplies.
