Pros

I met a few great people in the Strongsville office. The office is a central location and the hours are flexible.

Cons

This company lacks structure and leadership. The lack of professionalism was astounding. They made a decent offer, with a bonus structure that turned out to be less than promised. They only agreed to fix it once I questioned it over and over again. To me, this was a huge character flaw.

Pros

It's better than being unemployed. It's not hard to find better work.

Cons

Disorganized, low pay, always on call, convoluted pay scales, you're never off, they always found ways not to pay OT or overnights, no knowledge base to draw from, no clear escalation paths for issues, vague job descriptions, call outs on every holiday I worked there, etc etc etc...

Pros

The benefits are about the only "pro" to working in this position and even those aren't that great, but I had to put something. I don't know if its Acuative that is actually the problem or if the merger the completed last year is to blame.

Cons

As stated, I don't know if its Acuative or if its the merger, regardless, the management is terrible and very misleading. They do not pay anywhere near market average for contract work and treat their employees very poorly. There is very little opportunity to advance throughout any position and they will nickel and dime you when you leave. I was an employee here for many years and would not recommend this company to ANYONE.
