Pros

Some of the people are actually talented and nice. But you won’t find them in any leadership role except for maybe one or two.

Cons

No leadership. All of the good ones got out executive team is either completely clueless to the issues or they are heartless and don’t care. Read through the reviews, same thing over and over going back years: Poor executives, no growth, underpaid, overworked. Print too much? Your department gets charged? WiFi? Hope you sit close enough to the edge of the building so you can tap into Subway? Minority or Female? Hahaaahaaa. Adorable. Toxic environment, the good people that are there are either stuck or have been beaten down and broken and don’t know their true worth.

Pros

Well the company is good for people looking to get experience before they jump ship elsewhere and they will pay for your certifications that they place a overly high value on.

Cons

Management is lackluster and is mostly full of people with huge ego's that want to butt heads with just about anyone they can find to show much they 'know'. The company also pays about 20% under the average for all non management positions and has a 'butts in the chair' mentality by expecting most departments to be there 5 days a week when not a single job there can't be done through a VPN at home. Generally speaking the company is more or less your typical call center where people are constantly coming and going with no real leadership and almost no chance of job advancement.

Pros

The cons far, far outweigh the cons. The professional services staff could work from home a lot. That is about it.

Cons

Acuative is not a nice company. Period. They opportunistically acquired what was a good consulting company and pretty much burned it to to the ground. The company's leadership is terrified about making good investments. The CFO appears to have gone to Mr.Krab's school of penny pinchers; he is involved in almost every decision, financial or not, regarding the company. In the bench? You're a liability, as they don't get the concept of bench in a consulting company. The professional services/consulting arm of Acuative is as good as dead. Absolutely zero chance of being fully competitive against other companies in the market space. The 'legacy' Acuative (nee Telsource) employees either do not understand, or do not fully support , the professional services arm and it seems they'll do everything, intentional or not, to destroy it. The company internally is a royal mess. Improvement initiatives are quashed with impunity. Just don't. There are better companies out there worth your time and effort.
