Pros

They have no respect for there field techs you are on cal 24/7 they promise raise that never happen took away vacation time and cut hours to 35 you are not paid for hours worked drive time isn’t considered work time jobs can be 10 Hours from home you get drove time pay but it doesn’t count as work time they do not have enough techs to cover any area so you drive a lot this company used to be a great company until management changed and they destroyed o great place to work DONT WORM FOR THIS COMPANY IF YIU WANT A PERSONAL LIFE

Cons

Not paid for time working and management is not honest. Don’t believe when they promise raise

Pros

The only Pro I can think of currently is that I actually still have this job and they have been good enough to let me work 6 days a week so i can earn more than minimum wage.

Cons

Have not had a raise in 4 years. Workload is heavy six days a week. Downsized from 3 people on 2nd shift to worrking the shift alone for last 6 months no end on sight without a mention of ever being compensated for it. They are currently hiring people for this same position tweeked the title at a better starting rate plus a sign on bonus, so hurry you can make more then an employee with 7 years of experience and they will train you! New programs or process implemented with no notice or training provided.

Pros

Most of the managers do not micro manage. In fact, most of the managers do not manage at all. This is true for all management from the top down.

Cons

Beware! The positive reviews written during 2014 were all written by the marketing department. If your looking into this company, pay more attention to the prior reviews.
