Good Support from helpdesk, director and execs as needed. Great team of techs who know what they're doing, solid profitable client contracts and solid 3rd party service relationships

Cons

24/7/365 support with tight SLAs to critical clients was very challenging. Frequent Phone calls nights and weekends.
