Company is very toxic. They nurture an environment of "blame this team" instead of correcting problems. Upper management doesn't even know how to fix the issues that happen in the NOC, but that's not all that uncommon.
The biggest 'con" I can give Acuative is that they will treat employees as cogs, labeled as "friends and family". The moment you should any illness or disability, they will invent reasons to remove you.
- They will ask you to work extra hours for no extra pay.
- They will write you up for errors cause by management.
- They will suspend you or write you up for inconsequential issues while management can greatly endanger customer information without even the slightest bit of reprisal.
- They will BEG you for help when things are critical, but you will be abandoned the minute the situation flips.
I had a good job offer, but was BEGGED to stay as they needed help for the Team. I was released/fired 2 weeks later because "restructuring". My point is, this place USES and DISCARDS people like slaves.
Don't fall into it. This company isn't just bad, it's dangerous and criminal. <>
