Pros

This company truly cares about its people - employees, agents, and customers. The messages you hear about Acuity are not propaganda, they're embedded in the way they do business. Executive leadership team is ethical, kind, and approachable. Culture varies by department but most seem open to feedback and addressing issues that disrupt work-life balance or mental health. Workplace is friendly and welcoming with an emphasis on extending the culture to remote and hybrid employees.

Cons

My family is well provided for, but I know salaries are higher elsewhere. Vacation and paid holidays could be improved, but Acuity's total benefit package probably wins in the end.

Salary is not competitive. It is way below the median comparing to similar jobs in the WI area. Unequal pay for work of equal value when comparing to other teams that we work closely with within the company.
