Pros

Great autonomy, rewarding work, amazing co-workers, always encouraged to do the right thing, always trying new things, learn from our mistakes. We are treating way too well with our pay, benefits, 401k, little surprises, vacation, flex time, etc.

Cons

Difficult to be promoted due to longevity of employees and so many great teammates - tough competition. Sometimes wish we had more technological advances or more ways to increase efficiencies but understand we can't do it all!

Pros

Tons of benefits. The 401(k) alone is amazing: 8%, no match required. Bonuses every year I have been here have been an additional 2.5% contribution. My position also gets a company car.

Cons

If you like titles and advancement that way, this company is not for you. Senior designations come with 10 years of applicable industry experience. Very flat hierarchy, only 5 levels between entry level and CEO.

Managers that care about you and your interests. Lots of other great things - management, staff, benefits, salary, stable company, atmosphere, etc.

Cons

Flat company, not much room for growth. Promotions can seem more like a tenure milestone than a truly earned promotion.
