Business Outlook
Pros
The company has a great culture and great work-life balance. The benefits are great. It's a nice place to work if you have a family. They offer a lot of fun events for the family. The 401k matching is great.
Cons
Too many meetings and meetings that are needed to get projects moving. I dislike all the meetings I am required to participate in as some of the meetings are not productive and talk about the same topics/ things. Sometimes projects move slowly due to reasons that are not clear or because the company or team. However, that is expected since insurance as an industry is slower to grow and adapt as compared to other industries.
