The cons are just ways the pros can be even better
Pros
- The culture is so good people don't usually believe the stories (the friendliness of employees, the generous number and size of gifts, events, openness of all levels of management, etc) - Most positions offer very flexible work from home - Overall great work life balance - Stable company - Impressive facilities - Many opportunities to provide feedback - Mostly internal promotion so lots of opportunities for career advancement - Great benefits
Cons
- Culture has dropped since the pandemic, but still seem miles better than most other companies - While work life balance is generally great, some higher level positions and some lower positions (that vary highly by team) do not have that luxury - Amount of vacation is average at best - With this company's desire to innovate it can seem to get lost in too many initiatives at once
